Villa Estel is a spacious, three-story retreat that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in the existing beds, with room for an additional guest on an extra bed.

**Ground Floor:**

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area offers a bright and airy space to relax and socialize after a day by the pool. Large shuttered doors flood the room with natural light and provide a sense of openness. Additionally, there is a guest WC on this floor for convenience.

**First Floor:**

On the first floor, you’ll find two generous bedrooms. One features a double bed, while the other has two single beds that can be converted into a double. Both bedrooms come with their own private bathrooms, each with a shower, and access to a balcony with beautiful sea views.

**Second Floor:**

The second floor offers a cozy loft-style bedroom with a double bed and its own private bathroom, providing an added level of privacy.

**Exterior:**

The outdoor area is designed for relaxation, offering breathtaking sea views and a peaceful natural landscape. Enjoy the swimming pool, BBQ area, and dining space, all surrounded by lush lawn, perfect for unwinding in the sun.

**Additional Features:**

Villa Estel offers street parking right next to the villa, with a few stairs leading to the main entrance for easy access.

This villa provides the perfect blend of comfort, stunning views, and convenient amenities, ensuring a memorable stay for all guests.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.

There is also free parking for all of our guests.
