Entering the villa, the ground floor greets you with a spacious open-plan area showcasing breathtaking sea views through large glass doors. This floor features a living room with a comfortable corner sofa and flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances, and an indoor dining area for eight. The living room opens directly to the main terrace and pool area. Also on this level is a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and direct pool access, offering stunning sea views. The upper level holds two more bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the sea. All bedrooms are spacious, airy, and designed with a luxurious, contemporary touch. The outdoor area is truly a highlight of this villa. An infinity pool and outdoor jacuzzi provide the unique experience of swimming with sweeping sea views. Enjoy outdoor furniture under shaded pergolas, and a BBQ area for delightful meals. With a capacity for eight guests, this villa is crafted for relaxation and rejuvenation. It is part of a complex of two twin villas, allowing for larger groups to book both villas if needed. Only 14 km away lies the famous Falasarna Beach, and nearby, you’ll find local tavernas and restaurants offering exquisite Mediterranean cuisine. The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the suites amenities are included in the rental cost. If the guest wishes to use the jacuzzi, it has a daily cost of 30€. The minimum use is 3 days with heated system that need less than 24 hours to reach the maximum temperature. If guests wish to use the pool heating system, it is available with the following settings: • Free at 20°C • €40/day at 23°C • €80/day at 26°C • €110/day at 28°C • €140/day at 30°C Minimum use: 5 days The system needs less than 24 hours to reach the desired temperature. Kasteli is a small town of about 2,000 inhabitants, with an attractive little harbor, lots of shops, cafés and taverns mostly along the seafront, a long history and a lively atmosphere. It is a busy place, offering everything tourists may need. On first arriving at Kissamos, you see the large beach of gray sand stretching out in front of the town and the rocky coast to the west. In the west part of Kissamos is the main road, Heroon Polytechniou Street, full of shops and supermarkets. But in the summer (and all year round when the weather's good), the heart of town beats on the coast road, near Tzanakaki Square or Kastelli Square, which is mostly pedestrianized, letting visitors and residents alike enjoy a stroll by the sea. The Kissamos area is particularly fertile, rich in grapes, sultanas, wine and raki (tsikoudia). The town played an important part from early historical times onwards, as the provincial capital and economic center of Kissamos Province in Chania Prefecture. The harbor of Kissamos is outside the town, linking Crete to the Peloponnese, Chania Prefecture to Kythera, Gythio and Kalamata. There are also daily boat trips to Gramvoussa and Balos Beach. It’s called “environmental fee” and has been implemented for all properties. If your reservation is from January to March or from November to December, the amount is 4€ per day for the whole group (not per person). If your reservation is from April to October, the amount is 15€ per day.
