This luxurious loft apartment is located on the 4th floor of a historic building in Prague’s Old Town. Please note that the building does not have an elevator, but once inside, you are welcomed by a bright, open space filled with charm and character. The apartment is decorated with historical photographs of Prague, showing important moments from the city’s past, including portraits of Václav Havel. Together, these details create a warm and inspiring atmosphere that lets you feel the unique history and spirit of Prague during your stay.

Sleeping Arrangements & Layout
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, with a baby cot available upon request, making it suitable for families as well as groups of friends. The loft features a fully open-plan layout with two generous sleeping areas:
- A king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) on the lower level
- A king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) on the upper loft level
- A very comfortable sofa for the 5th guest (60 cm width)

Location
The apartment is located at U Obecního dvora 7, in the heart of Prague’s Old Town (Prague 1)—an exceptional area where many of the city’s highlights are within easy walking distance. Just a short walk away is Pařížská Street, Prague’s most famous boulevard, known for luxury shops, elegant cafés, and a beautiful walk towards the river. Nearby, you’ll also find the historic Jewish Quarter (Josefov), home to synagogues, museums, and unique architecture. Famous sights such as Old Town Square with the Astronomical Clock and the iconic Charles Bridge are all just minutes away. The area is full of restaurants, cafés, shops, and excellent public transport, making it an ideal base for discovering the magic of Prague.

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

Provided during your stay:
- Clean towels (1 big and 1 small for each guest) & bedding.
- Hair & body shampoo and hand soap.
- Detergent for washing dishes, sponge, paper towel.
- Toilet paper (at least 2 rolls).
- Wireless unlimited high-speed internet available in the entire apartment.

Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.

Check-in time is from 16.00. Early check-in is always a subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed and an additional fee may apply.

The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are in the city center (10 minutes walk) - OPEN NON-STOP! All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in. Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could be also requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows:
- 16:00 - 21.00: 20 EUR,
- 21:00 - 00:00: 30 EUR,
- 00:00 - 00:30: 50 EUR.
If you request a personal check-in please inform us as soon as possible (latest 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly. The fee is paid in cash during the check-in.

Please follow our house rules, take a good care of our apartment and respect its neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.

3) A deposit of 350 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are not allowed.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
