Eos Sea View Apartment" is a holiday home located right in the center of Syracuse. The building overlooks the "Porto Piccolo" (small harbor), where guests can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, as well as panoramic views of the historic center of Ortigia. All main points of interest are easily reachable on foot. Free parking is available along the street or inside the courtyard, subject to availability. The double bedroom offers a panoramic sea view, and all rooms are air-conditioned.

The Space
The apartment is on two levels. On the ground floor is the living area, kitchen, and a service bathroom with laundry facilities. The bedrooms and main bathrooms are on the first floor.
The house has been furnished with style and attention to every detail, with a particular focus on comfort. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation to explore the eastern part of Sicily or just Syracuse (whose monuments are almost all reachable on foot), this apartment is the right choice.

SLEEPING AREA: The apartment has 1 double bedroom or, upon request, 2 single beds. The rooms are on the first floor, easily accessible via an elegant square quartz spiral staircase with steel railings. The bedroom also has a full bathroom with a bidet and shower. From the room, guests can enjoy the sea view, sailboats, and breathtaking sunrises.
The living area is very large and welcoming, tastefully decorated with light colors and offering a sofa bed, equipped wall unit, round dining table, and a 43' TV with Ethernet connection. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with: Oven, American coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, toaster, gas burners, and various utensils. In the living area, there is also a laundry room with only a WC and a sink, cleaning accessories, iron and ironing board, and a washing machine.

Conditions:
NO PETS ALLOWED
House not suitable for people with mobility issues due to the spiral staircase.
It is forbidden to exceed the number of people allowed and agreed upon by contract.
Electricity, water, and gas are included in the price.
The house must be left tidy and clean, without garbage and with clean dishes; otherwise, a penalty of 40 euros for cleaning costs may be applied.

Guest Access
The entire apartment is available to guests and has direct access from the seafront promenade where parking is available. Parking in the condominium area is subject to availability and authorization.
Other things to keep in mind
Guests will be contacted via VRBO messaging. To obtain access credentials, guests must send their passports via VRBO to comply with Italian regulations on short-term rentals.
Access to the apartment will not be possible without sending the documents.
Guests can park for free inside the condominium courtyard.

The apartment is located directly on the seafront; it is very easy to find parking for the car in front of the house or in the nearby marina; both are free public parking areas.
The apartment has ultra-fast fiber optic Wi-Fi internet and an Ethernet connection, free and available to all guests.
The location is also strategic for visiting many famous places in eastern Sicily, such as Taormina (1 hour and 30 minutes by car), Mount Etna (about 1 hour), Modica (1 hour and 15 minutes by car); furthermore, staying for a longer period will automatically grant you a discounted price.

Our house is delivered perfectly clean and disinfected, with a set of sheets and towels already prepared on the beds.
The exact amenities provided include: shampoo, some rolls of toilet paper, liquid soap, washing machine detergent, a bottle of water, oil, salt, pepper, and sugar.

"Lo Sbarcadero" (Santa Lucia pier) is an area of the city center that overlooks the small harbor and Ortigia, featuring a small beach, a summer solarium for swimming, and many nautical clubs. Very close to the house there are restaurants, bars, and all kinds of shops, and it is within walking distance of many must-visit places such as Ortigia and the Greek Theater and Corso Gelone, Corso Matteotti, the main shopping streets.
It is very easy to park for those arriving by car, and it is also possible to take a boat excursion a few steps from the house, or take relaxing walks on the nearby cycle path or admire the wonderful sunrises over the sea!
