The area is within easy walking distance of Baixa, Rossio, Praça da Figueira, and the Castle of São Jorge, making it a perfect starting point to explore Lisbon on foot.

Rua das Olarias is just a few minutes’ walk from Martim Moniz Square, where you’ll find the metro station (Green Line), several bus stops, and the famous Tram 28, which takes you through Lisbon’s most historic neighborhoods.

From Martim Moniz, you can easily reach any part of the city - Rossio and Baixa are just a 10-minute walk away, while the Castle of São Jorge and Graça viewpoint are right nearby.

Lisbon is a city of hills, so comfortable shoes are highly recommended. If you prefer not to walk, taxis and ride-hailing services are readily available in the area.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
