In the peaceful neighborhood of Alapraia, this two-storey house combines family comfort, generous space, and a lovely private garden - the perfect setting for relaxed days near the Estoril coast.

- 3 km from the Estoril Golf Club
- 1.4 km from São João do Estoril train station, offering easy access to Cascais, Lisbon, and the surrounding area

Ground Floor

Living Room:
- Spacious and bright, it’s the heart of the home. The lounge area invites you to unwind with its comfortable sofa bed, TV, and fireplace, while the dining table for eight is perfect for family meals and lively conversations. Large windows open to the front garden, creating a natural connection between indoors and outdoors.

- The property has a pellet fireplace; please note that pellets are not provided.
- Being surrounded by greenery, it’s natural that with open doors or windows, a few tiny visitors from the garden may occasionally find their way inside - part of the charm of staying close to nature!

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.

OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
