Ground Floor

Living Room:
- Spacious and bright, it’s the heart of the home. The lounge area invites you to unwind with its comfortable sofa bed, TV, and fireplace, while the dining table for eight is perfect for family meals and lively conversations. Large windows open to the front garden, creating a natural connection between indoors and outdoors.

Kitchen:
Functional and fully equipped for family use:
- 4-burner gas stove, oven, and microwave
- Fridge and dishwasher
- Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and blender
The natural light and practical layout make it a pleasant space to cook and gather.

Bathroom:
- Bathroom with shower and a convenient washing machine - ideal for longer stays (or family trips with kids!).

Accessible via two flights of stairs.

It’s a place where mornings start with the sound of birds and evenings invite you to unwind outdoors, an authentic Estoril experience away from the crowds, yet close to the sea.

The house is conveniently located in Alapraia, Estoril, with easy access to public transport and major roads.
The São João do Estoril train station is just 1.4 km away, connecting you to Cascais, Carcavelos, and Lisbon in a scenic coastal ride.
Beaches, supermarkets, and cafés can be reached in a few minutes by car or a pleasant walk through quiet residential streets.

For those driving, parking is easy - there’s one private parking space inside the property and free street parking nearby.

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
