Villa Suton in Zaton is a modern and extremely spacious holiday villa located in a quiet part of Zaton, just 12 km northwest of Zadar and less than a 10-minute drive from the historic town of Nin. This newly built villa, completed in June 2025, is the perfect choice for families or larger groups of up to 12 people looking for luxury, privacy and top-notch amenities near the sea. Located in a quiet street, within walking distance are the sandy beach Pliša, the Zaton pier, a children's playground and the famous Zaton Holiday Resort, while restaurants, cafes and shops are easily accessible, and larger supermarkets are just a few minutes' drive away. The villa covers approximately 270 m² and is arranged over the ground floor, first floor and a spacious roof terrace.
