A storage mezzanine provides convenient space for luggage. The room is bright and features a ceiling fan for added comfort during summer nights.

The separate bedroom offers a quiet and relaxing space, with a comfortable double bed, a desk area, and a fan for the summer months. The bathroom has a shower and sink, and the toilet is separate, a real plus for everyday comfort.

The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator), accessed via a narrow spiral staircase, typical of the architecture of the old buildings in Old Antibes. The neighborhood is lively and vibrant; you may occasionally hear the local sounds, such as the market during the day, church bells, or occasional entertainment in the evening. Guests have access to the entire apartment. Check-in is self-service, following the instructions provided before your stay. The apartment is non-smoking, parties and events are not permitted, and respect for peace and quiet and the neighbors is requested to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
