About 1000 meters away is Patresi beach, where the characteristic seaside kiosk welcomes visitors with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a snack bar, just a few steps from the picturesque Punta Polveraia lighthouse. Borgo Patresi Verde and Borgo Patresi Blu are located in the Patresi area, along the western coast of Elba Island, within a small property directly overlooking the sea. The area is known for its quiet atmosphere, open landscapes, and easy access to cliffs, coves, and panoramic trails ideal for walks and excursions. The shared outdoor space is well organized and equipped for outdoor dining and relaxation while enjoying the sea view. Guests also have exclusive access to a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the Gulf of Cotaccia and the possibility to reach Monte della Guardia to admire the sunset. The owners manage the Bar Crock, located on the Patresi pier, a convenient spot for breakfast or an aperitif. The nearest fuel station is about a 15-minute drive away. Free parking is available along the road.

Borgo Patresi Verde
One-bedroom apartment of approximately 40 sqm, arranged in a row and adjacent to Borgo Patresi Blu, suitable for up to 4 guests. It consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table and double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a four-door wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a bathroom with shower box. A covered veranda allows outdoor dining in continuity with the adjacent space. Available amenities include washing machine, TV, hairdryer, barbecue and Wi-Fi connection. Air conditioning is not available. Pets are allowed with a €50 supplement. Bed linen and towels are provided on request at a cost of €20 per person.
