In the authentic heart of Aprica , right in front of the Aprica Italian Ski & Snowboard School , where the snowy slopes come alive in the morning and the scent of the mountains accompanies every step, a large wooden door opens, solid and welcoming. Next door, an always-alive pizzeria, also perfect for takeaway, to bring home the flavor of the holidays.
The elevator takes you to the second floor . On the right, a door that promises intimacy and warmth: My Home . A name that tells a true story.
The entrance welcomes you with a well-kept pre-entrance , a mirror that reflects smiles and a comfortable seat where you can take off your shoes, leaving out the cold and starting to immediately feel at home.
The living area opens up large, bright, enveloping. The style is mountainous with vintage touches , authentic, lived, full of soul. The fireplace , an elegant protagonist, warms up the atmosphere and invites you to slow down. From the living room, the view is lost in an enchanting view : the Ski School right in front and the snowy, white and silent slopes that seem to enter the house.
The kitchen , large and fully equipped, tells the true spirit of Casa Mia: oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine . It's a kitchen really lived by the owner, and that's why everything here is welcoming, practical and 'cuddle'. The table with six chairs invites to slow and convivial dinners, while antique skis on the walls recall the tradition and history of the mountains. The vintage sofa and the two armchairs bed complete a space designed for sharing and relaxing.
The sleeping area offers comfort and tranquility.
A large room with a single bed and a second pull-out bed , large wardrobe and soft light, perfect for adults and children.
The warm and cozy double bedroom , with a comfortable bed , spacious wardrobe and bedside tables , is a haven of silence and rest.
The bathroom , complete and functional, is equipped with a sink, bidet, toilet and a large shower with seat , designed for maximum comfort after a day in the snow. There is also a washing machine , for a carefree vacation.
Outside, convenient and nearby parking , or free white stripes , to move in total freedom.
