This bright space is ideal for morning coffee or a quiet moment watching the boats pass through the Kyles.

The dining room, also blessed with sea views, creates a wonderful setting for shared meals and evenings by the wood-burning stove. The lounge offers two distinct areas: one overlooking the water with another wood-burning stove for cosy nights in, and a quieter space at the rear, perfect for reading or unwinding in peace. Tucked away nearby is the snug, a hidden retreat, opening into the dining room, doubling as a relaxed hangout for teenagers or an additional bedroom with its small sofabed. There is a shower bathroom off the main entrance hallway.
