Built on a hillside, the house has two entrances: one at ground level via the entrance gate and a second access via 14 steps.

A covered outdoor dining area with barbecue invites you to enjoy long summer evenings, while children can play freely in the garden and adults relax with a glass of Chianti. The well-maintained garden, filled with Mediterranean plants, offers pure relaxation.

The owner’s son lives with his family below the swimming pool. Access to the property is shared, but the holiday home, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of guests. The owners are very discreet and always available to help if needed.
