The apartment features a spacious and cozy double bedroom with wardrobe, fresh linens, and a practical study corner with desk and armchair, ideal for working or relaxing. The modern kitchen, equipped with oven, stove, fridge, and utensils, is complemented by a dining table. The bathroom is elegant and functional, with a large shower, towels, and hairdryer. A small balcony overlooking the nearby buildings is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. Free Wi-Fi, stylish floors, and carefully chosen furnishings create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, in a quiet location yet close to shops, restaurants, and public transport.



We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: €40 (VAT included)
