The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and includes Wi-Fi and TVs throughout.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire property throughout their stay.



The home operates with a self check-in process. Keys are collected from a secure nearby location rather than being stored at the property. Full check-in instructions, including key collection details, will be shared in advance once the mandatory online check-in form has been completed.



Please note that the property is arranged across five storeys and is accessible via stairs only.

Other Things to Note:

The property is currently for sale. This means occasional viewings may take place during your stay. A member of our cleaning team will tidy the property on the morning of any scheduled viewing, and we will always provide advance notice. Viewings typically last no longer than 10 minutes.

• Our beds are standard UK sizes

• Check-in is available between 3pm and 8pm; late check-in may be possible by prior arrangement and may incur an additional fee

• Guests must complete a mandatory online check-in form before arrival

• The home is arranged across five storeys with stair access only and no lift

• The outdoor space is compact and best suited for light use rather than outdoor dining

• The minimum lead guest age is 28; exceptions may be considered with prior approval



Kindly note: The shower in the master bedroom ensuite is not currently in use. The ensuite bathroom remains accessible, and there is a shared bathroom in the house available for guests to use.

• Only registered guests may stay overnight
