Pets are not allowed, and the apartment is non smoking.
The apartment was redone in the summer of 2014, except the bathroom in 2015, bedding, duvets and pillows are new, and the appliances has been virtually renewed also.

The "Balconies sun 1" residence is located on the heights of the station, near the 300 meters Mollaret chairlift (No. 19 on the station map) 150m shops (supermarket, bakery, press, sports shop ESF, restaurants ...). Free shuttles stop in front of the building to access the bottom of the station or if you arrive by bus.

The resort is surprisingly beautiful mountain environment discovering exceptional landscapes, with, among others, a superb Mont Blanc views to the Ecrins from the Col de la Madeleine (2000m) and the possibility to admire, the height of Saint François Longchamp 1450m, the fairy chimneys, rare natural erosion phenomenon in this region.
These large spaces give a deep feeling of freedom and oxygenation.
Here, skiing fans find their happiness in the extent and variety of the ski area. Sensations guaranteed for both experienced enthusiasts steep slopes and powder snow, for beginners who can easily marvel at the vastness of our landscape.
Children can discover the joys of the first slides in a specially designed area, then refine with a team of competent and friendly instructors.
As for those who want to find more than just skiing or snowboarding, they can also engage in many activities: aerobics, snowshoeing, paragliding, dog sledding, cross country skiing ...

In the evening, the best restaurants of the resort are there to discover the Savoyard gastronomy holidaymakers in the right mood. Then everyone is free to continue the evening by going to the cinema, disco or one of the many shows and concerts organized every week.
Saint François Longchamp is also the well-being in the mountains with his new fitness center and spa: The Forum des Eaux Bernard Hinault.
