Jules and Jim Villa is a beautifully newly built stone house, which stands in a private garden with a large and private swimming pool. Jules and Jim Villa with its breathtaking sea view, overlooking the Saronic Gulf and the surrounding islands, will make your stay unforgettable, thus you will definitely be charmed by its unique and authentic atmosphere.


The Villa is located in the area of Marathonas, just a 15 minute drive from Aegina port/town, where all the restaurants, fish taverns, cafes, shops, bars, clubs, open air cinemas, vibrant market and other facilities are situated. The advantage of the property is that although the plot is set at a quiet spot of Aegina, as the neighborhood is residential only and very quiet, all distances to the island famous beaches and to the port/town of Aegina are very close. Need to calm and relax? Stay at the villa and let the caressing sea breeze and the pleasant sunlight melt away all your stresses, while you sip cool beverages by the poolside. Cook at the stone-built barbeque area in the beautiful garden next to the pool and enjoy grilled delicacies in the outdoor dining area. And if you get too warm by cooking, cool off with a dip in the large outdoor pool. On a quiet evening, relax with a book in the veranda overlooking the sea. In this place you have the right to forget and be forgotten. Need not to be forgotten? Go out, have fun and explore the island and Aeginas nightlife. Head out to the beaches that lie a few kilometers away from the Villa, dine in the superb fish-taverns, have delicious cocktails nearby the sea at the bars at the picturesque port/town of Aegina or rent a bike and explore the island.
Jules and Jim Villa compromises two houses (the Main house and the Guest House) that share the same outdoor area, consisting of a garden and a swimming pool. The Villa is ideal for big families or groups of friends, as the two houses together can host up to 13 guests. Depending on the size of the group, it is possible to rent houses separately or together. This can be discussed case by case. On our side, we will never rent the two houses to separate guests in order to guarantee maximum privacy. If you are less than 8, then the Guest house will not open, as it is not necessary because the Main house comfortably sleeps 7-9 people.
The island and the Villa are perfect for both summer and winter vacations. Aegina Island is a real refuge for those who want to escape from the city, but yet be just 40 minutes away from it. The ease of access is what makes Aegina an ideal choice to stay if you visit Athens or Piraeus - you can stay here instead!
