Born from a historic trullo acquired by our grandparents, we have thoughtfully renovated the villa to blend authentic Apulian spirit with modern comfort. Named after our grandmother, Ninetta, we invite you to experience the same warmth and timeless beauty that has defined our family for generations.

Designed as an ideal escape for families or groups of friends, it offers a perfect blend of private retreats and vibrant social living.

The villa’s layout is cleverly arranged into three separate wings to ensure comfort and privacy for everyone: the historic Trullo Wing features two unique bedrooms with their own bathrooms, the family-friendly Garden Wing offers three bedrooms, and a third wing provides another double bedroom and a cozy studio. At the centre of it all, a large, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a covered patio, connecting to a bright and comfortable living room.

Outside, the highlight is the stunning saltwater infinity pool with panoramic views across the countryside, offering ample space for al fresco dining and relaxing.
