The heart of the villa is the exclusive infinity pool, a 10x3 meter (30 sqm) oasis of relaxation with a depth of 1.20 m. Surrounded by palm trees and typical Mediterranean plants, it opens onto a panorama embracing the rolling hills and the evocative Calatubo Castle, offering moments of peace from sunrise to sunset. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a parasol.

The estate extends over approximately 3,500 sqm, among olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation. Within the grounds, there is also an 800 sqm pine grove, a cool and shaded corner perfect for relaxing with hammocks, a picnic table, and benches the ideal place to read, meditate, or simply enjoy the silence of nature.

The main house, about 80 sqm, is complemented by a 30 sqm covered veranda, furnished to make the most of the outdoor spaces. Here you will find a charcoal barbecue and a wood fired oven, perfect for convivial evenings. Upon request, culinary experiences with a private chef can be arranged.

Inside, the villa offers an air conditioned living room with a flat screen smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, pod coffee machine, traditional oven, microwave, cooktop, kettle, and all the utensils needed to prepare excellent meals.

The sleeping area includes two air conditioned double bedrooms, both equipped with mosquito screens, and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite.
