Step into a calm retreat in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter, where every detail is designed for comfort and ease. The apartment’s freshly renovated spaces bring together warmth, practicality, and modern convenience for a restful stay.



Sleeping arrangements

The apartment offers a peaceful bedroom with a comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and a custom-built wardrobe. A dedicated workspace and fast WiFi make it easy to stay productive. The living area features a sofa bed suitable for one additional guest (Contact our customer service for setup arrangements for sofa bed and potential additional charges), along with a 55-inch smart TV equipped with Sky Cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime TV for relaxing evenings.

In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £30.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.



Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Getting Around:

This property is located in the Northern Quarter. You can be Manchester’s central bar and retail district within walking distance. There is occasionally public street parking available on surrounding streets near to the building - charges may apply. Manchester Piccadilly Station is around 10 minutes walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. This property has no elevator - you will be required to take the stairs up to the first floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.



Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.



Other optional extra's are available for an additional fee. We provide services such as mini-bar and fridge stocking, private chef's, laundry & dry cleaning, early check-in's, late check-outs, and much much more.



This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £20.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
