This modern apartment is perfectly located just 10 minutes walk away from the main plazas in the centre of town where you can soak up the chilled Mediterranean atmosphere and dive into Catalonia's cultural richness in the Barcelona province. Apartment Goya is on the 6th floor in a building with an elevator so offers easy access and boasts beautiful interior design with all the comforts of modern living.
Upon entering, the main hallway leads to a luxurious living room with calm lighting, modern colours and textures. A comfortable sofa invites you to relax and enjoy a book or watch your favourite programme on the large smart TV. A strong internet connection also allows you to mix a little business with pleasure when required. A thoughtful welcome station greets you, complete with a comprehensive home manual with local insights and personalised recommendations. The open plan living room leads to a spacious dining area with an open-plan kitchen which enjoys plenty of natural light.
The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances and has ample worktop space so, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need.
Come evening, retreat to three inviting bedrooms, each offering comfort and cleanliness. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed which can also be separated into two singles, with soothing light and smart tv. The second bedroom also has two single beds with quality mattresses, bedside tables and lamps and a smart tv. There is also a large indoor market just 10 minute walk away where you’ll find the freshest ingredients and a range of local delicacies and, on Friday and Saturday, there are outdoor markets. Moreover, a mere 15-minute walk to the train station offers easy access to nearby Sitges (a mere 5 minutes away), as well as Barcelona and Tarragona (just 50 minutes away), promising endless adventures in Catalonia's diverse landscapes and vibrant culture.

Strategically located just 45 minutes away from Barcelona and Tarragona by train, Vilanova i la Geltrú is an ideal destination to relax and explore the beauty of the Costa Dorada.

The apartment forms part of a quiet residential build. Guests must always follow the community rules and be respectful to the neighbours.
Before booking please be aware that, to keep you and property safe, we require all guests to complete a short verification process via Superhog.
The property owner also requires guests to preauthorize a €250 damage deposit. No money is ever taken or blocked assuming there are no incidents. But there is a 6€ admin charge.
In Spain all property owners are required to collect guest information and provide it to local police within 24 hours of check-in just as in hotels. We ask all guests to complete this step online via a easy to use link which we will provide.
All guests over the age of 17 are also required to pay the tasa turística (tourist tax) which is €1 per day per guest up to a maximum of €7 per guest.

When using the air conditioning or heating, make sure all windows are closed. Please turn off the air conditioning / heating when you go out. Please do not set the temperature of the air conditioner below 25 degrees or if you are using the heating, please do not set over 23 degrees.
No smoking in the apartment.
