Villa Reyhan,

If you are looking for a spacious villa where comfort and convenience are aimed, Villa Reyhan has been prepared in a comfort that suits your purposes and holiday. It is located in Gülpınar location, one of the most popular locations in Dalyan. You can find shops and restaurants within minutes, just a 10-15 minute walk will take you right into the center of the city.

Our villa has a capacity of 8 people and has 4 bedrooms in total. All bedrooms have air conditioning and are designed to be spacious and comfortable for our valued guests.

Ground floor;

Kitchen;

If you want to cook your own meals, you can find everything you need to cook, prepare and serve meals in our fully prepared kitchen. There is a large refrigerator and freezer, oven, 4-burner gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher, sink, microwave oven, toaster, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, Turkish tea machine, juicer. It is at your service, with all the pots and pans you need.

Living room;

The living room has 2 large sofas, air conditioning and 2 wide armchairs. Wi-fi is available as well as an LCD screen TV. We have satellite TV with local selections as well as some English channels.

Ground floor;

1st bedroom; Located on the ground floor, this bedroom has a double bed, a dresser, a wardrobe and a bedside table.

Bathroom;1. There is a bathroom for the use of our guests staying in this bedroom.

1st floor;

2nd bedroom; This bedroom, located on the upper floor, has an en-suite bathroom and has a double bed, a dresser, a bedside table and a wardrobe.

3rd bedroom: Located on the upper floor, this bedroom has 2 single beds, a dresser, a bedside table and a wardrobe.

4th bedroom; Located on the upper floor, this bedroom has 2 single beds, a dresser, a bedside table and a wardrobe.

Bathroom; There is a shared bathroom for our guests staying in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms.

All rooms, including the living room, have air conditioning and mosquito nets.

Garden and Veranda;

In its stylish and well-kept garden of 500 m2, there is a 35 m2 swimming pool, sufficient number of sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a barbecue area that will make your dinners enjoyable. One of the most special areas of the villa is its large veranda, completely sheltered from the sun. Here, there are armchairs and a table with comfortable and modern seating. The garden area is safe and private.

The swimming pool is 35 square meters and its depth is 1.60 m. Cushioned sun loungers, beach towels and umbrellas are available for guest use. A pleasant and unforgettable holiday will be waiting for you.

All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry facility after the current guest leaves, and they are packaged and ready for use before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests staying in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected on the same day during the guest entry/exit interval.
