The Space:

The lower level hosts the main living area of the house, thoughtfully designed to flow seamlessly between indoors and outdoors. Here guests will find a welcoming living room, a functional kitchenette, two elegant bedrooms, and a bathroom conveniently located in the corridor.

From this level, large openings lead directly onto a beautiful covered panoramic terrace at the same level, furnished with a dining table and comfortable lounge sofas. This space is perfect for slow breakfasts, sunset aperitifs and intimate dinners, all framed by breathtaking views of the Gulf of Naples and the ever‑changing colors of the sky at dusk.

A short internal staircase leads to the upper level, entirely dedicated to the master suite. This floor features a magnificent double bedroom with a private en‑suite bathroom, offering privacy, light and uninterrupted sea views that create a truly romantic retreat.

From the master suite, guests also access the crown jewel of Borgo Mezzo Monte, the spectacular rooftop terrace.

Access, Parking & Mobility

To access Borgo Mezzo Monte, guests need to climb a few steps. For this reason, the property is not wheelchair accessible.

The house offers free private parking with two to three parking spaces available on site.

A car is absolutely necessary in order to move around comfortably, given the countryside location. For the best experience, both for accessing the property and for driving along the scenic roads of the region, medium‑sized cars are strongly recommended.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including all indoor spaces and both outdoor terraces. The covered panoramic terrace on the living level and the rooftop terrace with private jacuzzi are for the exclusive use of guests and are not shared with other properties.

Borgo Mezzo Monte is located just five minutes by car from the center of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, a truly charming and genuine village offering everything guests may need, including cafés, local shops, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The village is known for its authentic atmosphere and excellent dining options, while still feeling relaxed and welcoming.

Thanks to its strategic position, Casa Zatri is an ideal base for exploring the Sorrento Peninsula and beyond. Sorrento is approximately 20 minutes away by car, Positano can be reached in about 45 minutes, and the beautiful beach of Marina del Cantone is just a 15‑minute drive away, making it easy to combine countryside tranquility with seaside days and iconic coastal destinations.
