The apartment is a modern open space, designed to make the most of every square meter with style and functionality. The interiors are bright, welcoming, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.



The sleeping area features a metal loft bed with a double sofa bed underneath.



The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential utensils.



The apartment also includes a dining area. Thanks to the large windows, the space feels bright and inviting — perfect for starting your day with a relaxing breakfast or enjoying a quiet dinner in the evening.



The private bathroom is spacious and modern, offering everything you need for your comfort: a large shower, toilet and bidet, and a sink with mirror.



Among the extra comforts, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a carefully curated atmosphere designed to make you feel truly at home.



We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: €40 (VAT included)
