Standard check-in starts from 1:00 pm. Early check-in may be requested subject to availability with at least 48 hours' notice.

For sustainable tourism and to avoid energy waste, we carefully manage summer air conditioning (remotely controlled).

Guests can pay a flat-rate for electricity consumption with two options:

1) Night Option (Ecofriendly) – air conditioning from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.

2) Full Option – air conditioning available 24 hours.

Note: Winter heating is always included in the price. The air conditioning charge, if applicable, will be settled at check-in.

We are strategically positioned next to the Duomo Metro station, a few minutes’ walk from Spaccanapoli and the historic Pizzeria Da Michele.

The apartment, with independent heating and spacious, features 6 private rooms, all equipped with fridges, a fully equipped kitchen and two large bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for both couples and groups of travellers.

All our mattresses are high-quality breathable, with antimicrobial, antibacterial, anti-dust mite and antifungal treatments, ensuring a healthy and restorative rest.

There are CCTV systems in compliance with the GDPR (EU Reg. 2016/679) in the common areas, which can be deactivated upon request for the entire apartment.
