Welcome to our modern two-bedroom pet freindly home on the outskirts of Shrewsbury â an ideal base for work or leisure. With easy access to main routes, you can reach market towns and countryside attractions across Shropshire, while Shrewsburyâs medieval streets, independent shops, vibrant cafĂ©s, bars and restaurants are just minutes away. Set within a loop of the River Severn, this charming town is known for Tudor buildings, riverside walks, The Quarry park and its friendly atmosphere.
Welcome to our comfortable two-bedroom home on Green Crescent, just off Otley Road â a convenient and well-located base for visiting Shrewsbury, whether youâre here for work, relocation, or a relaxing break.
The property is within easy reach of the A5 Shrewsbury bypass, making travel in and out of town quick and simple, while still being situated in a quiet residential area.

Weâre also just a short drive from Church Stretton and the Shropshire Hills which has been awarded an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, perfect for walking, cycling, and enjoying the countryside.
You enter the house into a spacious downstairs lounge, offering plenty of room to relax. Thereâs a Smart TV with all major streaming services available (please note there are no terrestrial channels), making it perfect for cosy evenings after a busy day.
Between the lounge and the kitchen is a handy downstairs toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for your stay, along with a washing machine and a large dining table that comfortably seats four. The table also doubles as a practical workspace, ideal for guests working from home or staying longer term.
We are a dog-friendly property, and outside youâll find a small, fully enclosed garden with artificial grass â a safe and easy space for pets to enjoy.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage. The second bedroom has a single day bed which easily pulls out into a double, making the home suitable for families, colleagues, or friends travelling together. If you can let us know at the time or your booking is you woul like this bed made up as a single bed, other wise it will be made up as a double.
The bathroom includes a bath with a shower over.
Green Crescent is a peaceful residential neighbourhood on the south-east side of Shrewsbury, offering a quiet and safe place to stay while still being only 15 minute drive (1hr walk if you feel up to it) from the historic town centre. Guests can easily reach the beautiful Quarry Park and riverside walks, explore the medieval streets, independent shops and cafĂ©s around Wyle Cop and The Square, visit Shrewsbury Abbey and the castle, and we are also conveniently close to Attingham Park National Trust estate and Shrewsbury Town Football Clubâs stadium. Families are well catered for too, with nearby playgrounds, open green spaces, river walks, soft play centres and boat trips on the River Severn, making it an ideal base for both relaxing breaks and sightseeing.
Whether youâre visiting for business, exploring Shrewsbury, or needing a longer stay, the house offers a practical, welcoming home-from-home in a convenient location.

If you would like a late check-out, weâre happy to offer this (this is subject to availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of ÂŁ35, up to 1pm. After 1 pm, we will have to charge a further night's stay.
Travel cot (ÂŁ15 fee) and high chair (ÂŁ10 fee) are available for hire on request
Pet fee is ÂŁ20 per well-behaved pet (to be kept at all times downstairs please). Please ensure you add your pets at booking request stage. Thank you.
