The Space:

Welcome to this very bright and spacious apartment featuring an open layout with plenty of natural light.

In the living room, you’ll find a large comfy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table where your group can enjoy meals together.

This space opens onto a private balcony, complete with outdoor seating, perfect for sipping morning coffee or relaxing with an evening aperitivo in the fresh air. Large windows and a balcony door let the Mediterranean sunshine flood in, giving the whole space an airy, cheerful vibe.

Part of the kitchen is brand new (e. g. dishwasher, oven and stove) and fully equipped for all your cooking needs. We’ve provided cookware, dishes, silverware, and even handy extras like a coffee maker and kettle. The kitchen opens up to a small veranda where you’ll find the washing machine and cleaning supplies.

The apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups.

Sleeping arrangements include: Bedroom 1 and 2: Queen beds; Bedroom 3: Single bed. We provide fresh linens and have extra pillows and blankets on hand for your comfort. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning.

Bathroom 1 features a bathtub – enjoy a relaxing soak or bathe the little ones if you’re traveling with children. Bathroom 2 has a spacious shower. We provide plush towels, a hair dryer, and basic toiletries to get you started.



This is a family-friendly space. An elevator in the building means you won’t have to carry luggage or strollers up the stairs – a big plus after a day of traveling or shopping. The building is secure and in a safe area, so you’ll feel at ease throughout your stay.

In short, our apartment offers all the comforts of home in a vintage setting. It’s a bright, welcoming space where you can cook a meal, do laundry, enjoy a movie night, or share a bottle of local wine on the balcony at sunset.



We’ve equipped it with everything you might need – from wine glasses to an iron for your clothes – so you can unpack, relax, and fully enjoy your time in Cagliari.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire apartment during their stay. You can come and go as you please using your own set of keys. Enjoy the apartment’s private balcony exclusively for outdoor dining or relaxing. It is spacious enough to enjoy, and typically very quiet. You’ll also have access to free street parking right in front of the building, making it convenient if you’re bringing a car.



The Neighborhood:

Our apartment is in the Bonaria/Monte Mixi area of Cagliari, a quiet and elegant residential neighborhood with tree-lined streets and all essential shops nearby. Just a short walk away you’ll find the Basilica of Bonaria, a beautiful historic church perched on a hill, the Bonaria Park, and the monumental cemetery. Monte Urpinu Park is also within walking distance, offering scenic trails and beautiful views over the Golfo degli Angeli.

The apartment is close to the International Trade Fair of Sardinia (Fiera) and the local football stadium, and just minutes from Poetto Beach, an 8-km stretch of sandy beach with clear waters, beach bars, and watersports.

The historic city center - Marina, Castello, and Stampace - is only a few minutes away by car or bus. You can reach Via Roma in about 10 minutes and explore there various restaurants, pizzerias, boutiques, and sights like the Bastion of Saint Remy

Nature and wildlife enthusiasts will be happy to know that the apartment isn’t far from the Molentargius Salt Park, a unique wetland reserve famous for its flocks of pink flamingos.

Getting around Cagliari from the apartment is simple and convenient.

Even without a car, the area is well served by public transportation, with several bus lines just a short walk away. Buses connect quickly to both the city center and the Poetto Beach, taking about 10 minutes in either direction, and run frequently throughout the day.

If you enjoy walking, many places are within easy reach. The start of downtown, including Via Roma and the port, is about a 20 minute stroll from the apartment, offering a pleasant route down to the waterfront and historic districts.

Cycling is another great option, thanks to bike lanes and a scenic path leading toward Poetto Beach. Drivers will appreciate the quick connections to main roads, with most central areas just 5-10 minutes away. The port and train station are around 10 minutes by car, and the airport about 15 minutes. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily available.

Whether you explore on foot, by bike, by bus, or by car, everything is within easy reach - with a comfortable home base waiting for you at the end of the day.
