Large house with four bedrooms, plus a guest house. The plot is located high nestled by cliffs and trees without view of neighbors. Pool and hot tub. Nice swimming lake (1km) and sea swimming (1.5km). Artificial grass pitch, playground and tennis are within walking distance. Bus for travel towards Stockholm goes 100 meters from the door.
The space
The house has four bedrooms. Master bedroom with a 180cm bed, the children's rooms with beds of 140cm,140cm, 120cm. In other words, it is not impossible to sleep 2 even in the children's room beds.
There is also a guest house with a loft bed (120cm) where a person can sleep. You can also pull out a sofa bed under the loft bed if you want another extra bed. We live 5 people in the house, but if you can share some cots and use the guest house, it is possible to have more.
The coolest part of the house is the kitchen and its proximity to the patio area. In the summertime, it gives a super nice feeling with the kitchen doors open and less than 5 meters to a dip in the pool that holds about 27-28 degrees.
Also a simpler inflatable hot tub with temp of about 38 degrees.
Indoor there is also sauna.
The closeness to the sea and the rocks offers exciting explorations.
Playground, football field, basketball court, tennis court, beach volleyball court also offer the possibility of activity in the neighborhood.
