In a building originally housing a travelling grocery van (formerly horse drawn, latterly motorised!), this conversion was completed in 2018 by the same local family business who built it 5 generations ago.

Built over 2 floors, downstairs you`ll find the bedrooms and main bathroom.

Bedroom 1 has a superking bed, which can be split into twin beds on request. The bedroom boasts an ensuite shower room. With built a built in wardrobe - there is lots of space for your belongings.

Bedroom 2 has a superking bed, and is cosy with a built in wardrobe for storage.
The family bathroom is wet room style and features a bath and separate shower.

Upstairs is the open plan main living space. There is a large fitted kitchen, with spacious worktops and lots of cupboard space. With all your cooking essentials and kitchen equipment including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven, hob and fridge freezer.
There is dining seating for 4, Smart TV, bluetooth speaker and free Wifi.
There is a further toilet/shower room upstairs.

On demand air source heating ensures a comfortable temperature is maintained and the bedrooms have electric heaters which can be adjusted to desired temperature.
