• Rotterdam Central – direct connection in approximately 25–30 minutes
• Amsterdam Central / Amsterdam Zuid – direct intercity access in approximately 55–70 minutes
• Easy connections to Eindhoven, Utrecht, Antwerp (Belgium), and Schiphol Airport

The area around the station features supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, co-working spots, and essential services, making it ideal for both work-related stays and leisure travelers. Breda’s lively city center, known for its terraces, shopping streets, and historic charm, is also easily accessible.

Guests have private access to the apartment. The garden is shared with other guests staying on the property.

Good to know: Our hotel does not have an elevator. Not all apartments are located on the ground floor. The apartments on the upper floors are only accessible via a fairly steep staircase.

The property is conveniently located near public transportation and main roads. Breda’s train and bus connections are easily accessible, making travel within the city and to other Dutch destinations simple and efficient.

Paid street parking is available in the area. Rates are around €2.70 per hour depending on the zone.
Tip: use parking apps such as EasyPark to pay for street parking with your phone.

Large parking garage about a 10 minute walk from the accommodation.
Approximate price around €2.35 per hour with a maximum of about €14 per day.

P+R Prinsenbeek – Free parking
You can park your car for free at P+R Prinsenbeek. From there you can take the train to Breda Central Station. The train ride takes about 5 minutes. The bus also goes to Breda Central Station and takes about 18 minutes. From the station it is a short walk to the accommodation.

🌆 The apartment is in a vibrant area of the city, so you may hear the lively sounds of city life from time to time.
🪜 Please note that the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floor are accessed via a steep staircase with smaller steps, typical for authentic city center buildings. We don't have an elevator.
