Villa Areti is a stunning one-level residence of 115 m², nestled within an exclusive seafront complex on the island of Tinos. Designed by a renowned Greek architectural firm, this exceptional property merges Cycladic simplicity with luxurious comfort, offering guests an unforgettable retreat by the Aegean Sea. The villa boasts direct private access to the sea via beautiful flat rock formations, where sunbeds invite you to bask under the sun or plunge into the crystal-clear waters just steps away.



The villa comprises two elegant bedrooms, both with air conditioning for comfort during the warmer months. The master bedroom features two single beds that can be united into a king-size bed upon request, an ensuite bathroom, and tranquil views of the garden. The second bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed and enjoys picturesque views of both the garden and the sea. A second bathroom is also available for guests’ convenience.



The spacious living room is designed to maximize the breathtaking sea views, with large sliding doors that open onto a private veranda, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Traditional wooden day beds (ontas) offer an ideal spot to unwind, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for self-catering holidays. Other amenities include a TV, free WiFi, laptop-friendly workspace, washer, iron, hair dryer, and a private entrance.



Guests of Villa Areti have access to the complex’s shared pool area, which features a striking dark blue pool with integrated jacuzzi. The pool is maintained daily and cleaned using environmentally friendly salt electrolysis, significantly reducing chemical usage while enhancing water quality.



This serene retreat accommodates up to six guests and is suitable for adults only. It is not recommended for guests under the age of 17. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement, and free on-site parking is provided.



Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Daily housekeeping is included in your stay, and there are no additional charges for security deposit. Please note that parties and smoking are strictly prohibited to maintain the peaceful ambiance of the property.
