Snowdonia View consists of a king‑size bedroom with en‑suite bath, a ground‑floor twin with trundle, and a triple bunk room, all serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The first floor hosts a kitchen with range oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and air fryer. The second floor offers a living/dining room with Smart TV and double sofa bed, and the third floor features a conservatory with access to a rooftop terrace. Outside, there is private driveway parking for two cars. Two well‑behaved pets welcome, but sorry, no smoking. A shop is within 0.6 miles, a pub within 1.1 miles and the beach within 0.1 mile. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: This property has a GHB of 450 GBP
