It features a spacious enclosed garden at the front and back of the property, along with two private parking spaces. Inside, a large living area includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area with six seats, and a double sofa bed overlooking the garden, which is furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor meals. A hallway leads to two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds. The property offers two bathrooms, both equipped with practical shower cabins.
