The Space:

Spread across three floors and perfect for up to 8 guests, the house offers bright living spaces, calm bedrooms, generous storage, and thoughtful touches throughout. Outside, a large sun-soaked terrace opens onto a private heated pool from April to September and an inviting built-in barbecue area, an idyllic setting for summer lunches, slow aperitifs, and evenings gathered around the outdoor fireplace. Inside, light flows effortlessly through the open-plan living and kitchen area, creating a warm and inviting heart of the home. It’s the kind of space where you immediately feel at ease: a soft palette, comfortable furnishings, and an intuitive layout that brings everyone together, whether it’s for a shared breakfast, a relaxed evening meal, or simply unwinding after a day at the beach.



The first floor hosts three serene double bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds, premium linens, and plenty of built-in storage. On the same floor, two fully equipped bathrooms offer practical comfort: both include a walk-in shower, while the main bathroom also features a bathtub, ideal for families or long, relaxing end-of-day moments.



Climb one level higher and you’ll find one of the home’s most charming corners: a cosy attic bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or extra guests. With its warm atmosphere and intimate layout, it quickly becomes a favourite hideaway.



Step outside and the home reveals one of its greatest delights. A large private terrace stretches out from the living space, looking out at the heated swimming pool for warm summer days. An elegant built-in barbecue ad extra enjoyment, designed for unforgettable evenings spent cooking, sharing, and enjoying the soft coastal air.

The large terrace, swimming pool and built-in barbecue area are exclusively yours to enjoy, ideal for long summer days and cosy evenings by the outdoor fireplace.



You can also make use of the private driveway and garage, offering secure on-site parking, something rare and highly appreciated along the Belgian coast. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the property, and the kitchen is fully equipped for relaxed home cooking.

From the house, you can stroll to the sandy beaches, the promenade and a selection of cafés, bakeries and beach clubs. Knokke’s boutiques and restaurants are nearby as well, close enough for spontaneous outings, yet far enough that you can return to the gentle stillness of the neighborhood whenever you wish.



Scenic cycling routes weave through the dunes, the coastline, and towards the natural beauty of Het Zwin. Whether you’re looking for long beach days, coastal walks, or quiet evenings at home, Duinbergen offers the perfect backdrop.



Getting Around:

Getting around could not be easier. Duinbergen Station is just a short walk away, offering comfortable connections along the coast and to inland cities. The Coastal Tram is ideal for exploring the entire seaside region without ever needing a car.



For guests arriving by car, parking is wonderfully convenient: the villa offers a spacious private driveway and garage, allowing you to park safely on the property itself, rare and highly appreciated along the Belgian coast. +/- 4 spaces.



Cycling is also a favourite way to explore the area. The coastline is lined with picturesque paths, making it effortless to reach Knokke, the dunes or nearby nature reserves.
