The bedroom features a double bed and a built-in wardrobe, offering convenient storage for short or longer stays. The bathroom is complete, with a bathtub, toilet and bidet.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, stovetop, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine and fridge, plus a small table for quick meals. The living room is spacious and bright, with a dining table and chairs, a comfortable sofa (convertible into a bed), a TV with channels, and Wi-Fi.

The apartment also includes a balcony and an enclosed sunroom, providing extra space to relax and enjoy the natural light throughout the day.

The complex has a swimming pool. Please note that it shows some signs of wear, so it can be used, but with care.

This condominium community primarily comprises private residences, and we kindly request our guests to be considerate of the peaceful atmosphere on the premises. Please be aware that we have specific guidelines in place, including a commitment to maintaining a quiet environment. We have a strict policy against noise disturbances, parties, the use of glassware near the pool, pool toys, jumping in the pool, disruption of the communal areas and pool, and any form of ball games in the pool area. Additionally, we have a family-oriented atmosphere.

In accordance with Portuguese legal requirements, all property owners are obligated to provide guest information to the Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). To ensure compliance, we will send you an SEF form upon booking. Completing and returning this form to us before your arrival is mandatory.
