The “Superior Villa”, is one of the 3 traditional stone residences of "Villa Kalamos". Nestled within a peaceful 6,000 m² estate, on a quiet, green slope, 500 m from the sea, enjoys a panoramic view of the South Euboean gulf, and features a large shared pool (5x12m) and an outdoor jacuzzi.
📍 Located just 45 minutes from central Athens and 50 minutes from Athens International Airport, it sits near the ancient sanctuary of Amphiaraion in Oropos, and is accessible only by car.
