The spacious living room is the heart of the home, featuring exposed brickwork, original beams, and a cast-iron gas fire - perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the Ironbridge Gorge. Comfortable seating, soft furnishings, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere create a space where guests can truly relax.
The separate modern kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast or an evening meal.

Upstairs, Holly Cottage offers two well-presented bedrooms - one king-size and one double - both designed with guest comfort in mind.

Heating & Comfort: The cottage has remote‑controlled heating, set to a comfortable temperature before your arrival.
A portable thermostat is provided so you can adjust the heat to your liking. Please keep the heating gateway (by the floor lamp in the sitting room) plugged in during your stay.
Entertainment: Smart TV with streaming services available. Live TV reception can be limited.
Lighting & Safety: Solar lights illuminate the outside steps, though they may not last all night. Torches are provided inside for your convenience when going out after dark.
Guest Information: A welcome booklet, quick info file, and appliance manuals are available in the cottage to help you during your stay.
Waste & Recycling: Refuse bins are located by the steps from the road and are shared with Inglenook Cottage.
Access: The back door can be locked with the twist lever. Keys for the side gate and back door are stored in the understairs cupboard—please return them before departure.
Guests will have the entire cottage for themselves
Please check opening dates for the Museums there is a temporary closure while National Trust takeover management. current dates close 22nd February until 2nd March
