At the same time, you will find all main services just steps away: supermarkets, bars, pharmacy, restaurants, and public transport stops, ensuring a practical and stress-free stay.
The living area is spacious and bright, featuring a comfortable sofa bed perfect for additional guests, a modern kitchenette with an induction cooktop, and an elegant high table with stools. From the living room, you can access a large balcony furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing after a day at the beach or work.
