Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire water villa, including the terrace.

Bathroom facilities (showers and additional toilets) are shared and located nearby, similar to a small camping or glamping setup.

Outdoor areas and lake surroundings are shared with other villas on the property.

- Lake Thun (Thunersee) – approx. 45–60 minutes

- Public transport is available from Zweisimmen, connecting you to the wider region.

- Fishing is not permitted, as the lake is a protected natural habitat and home to noble crayfish.

- Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00

- Compact tiny-house style accommodation
