The pretty village of Enniskerry is 2 miles away, with local amenities, and there’s good shopping in Dundrum (13 miles), the city of Dublin is only 27 miles. Play a round of golf at the beautiful course at Powerscourt Golf Club just outside Enniskerry, you can also explore the house and gardens of Powerscourt Estate.
Drive down the sweeping drive to the house, which offers split level accommodation. The contemporary living space is on the upper level: a large lounge/kitchen/diner with a comfy corner sofa for relaxing and watching TV, and a wood burner for cosy evenings. The spacious kitchen has a large breakfast island, as well as lots of space for preparing meals. Get together for special mealtimes at the huge, wooden dining table with incredible views through the patio doors which lead out to the balcony. There’s a second lounge on this level, as well as a king-size bedroom, which has an en-suite shower room. There’s also a separate WC. Heading to the lower level, there are four more stylish bedrooms: two doubles, a twin, and a super king-size room along with a family bathroom with a shower and a further shower room. The games room has a full-size table tennis table, air hockey and an HD projector for movie nights. You'll also find a convenient utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. On sunny days you can simply relax and enjoy the setting on the wraparound balcony.
Sitting within the property’s large grounds is an outdoor wood-fired sauna and plunge bath, a purpose-built gym/Pilates area for working out, a bar and a 13’ trampoline.
