This is a ground-floor apartment with easy, step-free access. You’ll enter through the main building entrance and then directly into the apartment, making arrival and departure simple and comfortable.

All indoor spaces are private and for your use only, including:

The living room and dining area

The fully equipped kitchen

The bathroom

The balcony and garden-facing areas visible from the apartment

The garden itself is part of the building’s shared outdoor space and can be enjoyed visually from the apartment, offering a calm, green outlook throughout the day.

You’ll receive clear check-in instructions before arrival so you can settle in smoothly and at your own pace.
