About this property

Ski in / Ski out, next to the piste by the Joc and Petit Vallon lifts

Set next to the piste by the Joc and Petit Vallon lifts, you can be on the Piste de L'Ours or on your way to Mont Fort within minutes. For the way home it could not be easier, skiing right back to the door. It is also perfectly located for children and beginners as there is a 'magic carpet' lift just in front of the building.

From the bright lounge with a balcony overlooking the piste, there is one double bedroom with a small balcony and one quad bedroom. There are two mezzanine levels so there are no sofa beds in the lounge.

The kitchen is open plan on to the lounge and the bathroom is next to the double bedroom.

The apartment can sleep up to ten people, however we suggest a limit of eight guests for comfort. Duvets and pillows are provided and if you prefer to not bring your own bed linen and towels, these can be provided for an extra charge.

We do not include a security deposit when accepting bookings from this site. Instead, we ask that you pay the security deposit directly to the Immobilier in Les Collons that manages our apartment for us.

The apartment is non smoking throughout.

Excellent pour une semaine de ski

Nous avons passé une super semaine de ski en famille dans cet excellent appartement. Comfortable pour nous 5 (2 adultes et trois enfants). Emplacement idéal, téléski à 15 mètres, place de parc réservée devant l'immeuble, tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, et même une ancienne PlayStation dans la mezzanine pour le plus grand plaisir des enfants. 👍 Merci ! Die Wohnung liegt ideal an der Piste.

Größe ist für eine Familie mit Kindern ideal. Eine Toilette und ein Duschbad sind nicht ausreichend, wenn wirklich einmal 8 Erwachsene einziehen.. Es fehlten verschiedene Gegenstände, Weingläser, Teelöffel, Brotmesser und Pfannen, welche nicht verbogen sind, bzw. deren Belag intakt ist.

Perfect location for a great ski vacation

The apartment is ideally located opposite (5-10 meters) of 2 lifts and 2 lifts for kids / beginners. It is equipped with everything you need. Really recommendable

Great stay

The best thing about this flat is it's location and its owners. Cameron and Adrienne are wonderful people, extremely available (I had lots of questions which were answered almost immediately) and super helpful. The location is EPIC, just a hop and skip from the drag lift up to Thyon 2000! Wondrous! The flat in itself is really lovely - the layout worked well for the 5 of us giving us a lot of personal space. The only down points were the heating (no sign of a heater and we struggled to dry our soaked ski gear one night) and the lighting that isn't great (doesn't help that one of the blinds is broken and thus can't be opened). A specific mention to Thyon immobilier, the managing agency, who weren't very helpful at all, never picking up the phone and then stating that we were bothering them on the other number that is provided - we had missing bed sheets and towels on the first night (the kids had to share a single bed and my 6.6 Ft husband and I had to share a single duvet) and we were huffed and puffed at when we asked if we could use the washing machine...). Nonetheless we had, yet again, an amazing time in Thyon les collons and we would really like to again say our special thanks to Cameron and Adrienne for being so generous with their time and efforts. We would definitely come back!

Ideal location for a great ski vacation

The apartment is perfectly situated directly opposite of the lifts and above the ski rental. Also the beginners Lift is exactly in front of the apartment ideal for learners and kids. For non-skiers the bus stop to Thyon 2000 is 50m always It is easy accessible with an elevator in the third floor and provides a great view. It is well equipped and perfect for any group. Great communication and support from the owners - the local agency is not always easy but you have this issue with all apartments you rent in this region. Really recommendable!

Zweckmässige Unterkunft, nur eine Strassenüberquerung vom weitläufigen Skigebiet entfernt. Skiverleih direkt im Haus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten leider 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Restaurantauswahl im direkten Umfeld sehr eingeschränkt. Kontaktaufnahme zum freundlichen Vermieter war sehr gut und unkompliziert.

Thyon Les Collons offers great local terrain suitable for all levels. As our boys grow the apartment gives us the ability for us to expand into the rest of the 4 Vallees.

Les Collons is a quiet village however there are some great bars and restaurants if you still have enough energy in the evening.
