Lovely three-room air-conditioned apartment, with covered terrace, private garden and communal swimming pool, ideal for hosting up to 6 people during your holidays on Lake Garda.



The property is furnished in a Mediterranean style, bright and pleasant.



The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom equipped with WC, shower, washbasin and bidet, a lovely living room with kitchen area and double sofa bed, with direct access to the private garden, the condominium swimming pool and a covered and furnished terrace.



The kitchen corner is well-equipped with everything necessary for your holiday at Lake Garda and includes a dishwasher, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.



The charming private garden, small but comfortable, will allow you to enjoy the sun of Lake Garda a few steps from the communal swimming pool, generally open from late May to early October. You can also enjoy the beautiful communal garden. The holiday home also has a lovely covered terrace, which can therefore be used even in case of bad weather or as a pleasant shaded area on the hottest days.



The property is located on the ground floor and is accessible by climbing a few steps.



Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.



Giardinello Apartment offers a charming three-room apartment with a garden, covered terrace and communal swimming pool, just a short distance from Lake Garda and the historic centre of Bardolino.



Located less than 200 metres from the shores of the majestic Lake Garda and less than 100 metres from the historic centre, this property boasts an almost perfect location for your holiday in Bardolino. All the main services in the area, such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and much more, are easily accessible on foot. Other renowned locations on Lake Garda, such as Garda, Verona, Lazise and Sirmione, are reachable in about 10-30 minutes by car, depending on traffic. The first shops, bars and restaurants are already less than 100 metres from the house.



Families will particularly appreciate the pleasant communal garden with a condominium swimming pool, directly accessible from the apartment's private terrace. About 500 metres away, there is also a small basketball court and a skate park. In less than ten minutes on foot, it is possible to reach the famous Punta Cornicello panoramic wheel.



The main attractions for young and old, such as Gardaland, Caneva World and Movie Land, are located just over ten minutes by car, depending on traffic.



Thanks to a truly ideal location, a splendid communal swimming pool open approximately from late May to early October, depending on weather conditions, and the presence of both a private garden and a communal garden, this apartment offers everything necessary to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in the heart of Bardolino, on the shores of the magnificent Lake Garda.



The house is equipped with various amenities, such as air conditioning in the apartment, a private parking space in the garage, bicycle storage, washing machine, Wi-Fi, linen and towels for free use.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where animals are allowed, a variable supplement / animal / night is provided. Cot, high chair and side rail are available for payment and can be booked in advance.

Check-in after 7:00 PM is only possible with prior communication by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presentation of the required documents and payment of the accommodation tax + extras with a credit card at check-in.

Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not active if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the indoor temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).

Air conditioning is active from June to September (during this period, air conditioning is not active if the outside temperature drops below 25°C or if the indoor temperature reaches or drops below 23°C).

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted, unless otherwise indicated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only upon reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at an additional variable cost.

In case of electricity, gas or other utility waste, an additional cost is expected (for example: lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open).

It is the guests' duty to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let out the humidity from the apartment and avoid mould formation. If this rule is not respected and mould is found at the time of guests' departure, charges for restoring the apartment's integrity will be applied.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, therefore the service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with food products such as kitchen spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are to be understood only as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.

The payments required to enter the apartment are the accommodation tax + the pre-authorization of the 500€ deposit with a credit card.

The final cleaning amount only covers standard cleaning. It does not include dishwashing and garbage removal from apartments at the indicated points. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes and unremoved garbage will be modified with a variable supplement, based on the extent of overtime work hours.
