Gaino: House / Villa - Toscolano-Maderno

Dear Julie, thanks for the nice review, but I would like to point out, in the knowledge and correctness of future guests, that some of your statements express judgments that do not concern your stay (children and reduced mobility), are not related to the object you have chosen (garden) and are linked to exaggeratedly alarming external factors (narrow roads). You are right, the house has many stairs, well documented on the website by the photos and the description. But I wouldn't say kids have problems with stairs, regular and comfortable, my daughter grew up in that house, there are also new sturdy railings along the stairs. I have had many families with children, they have been well, acknowledged by the ad on the website. Some children lived it as a play experience ;) That it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility is already reported in the portal. One question: you haven't traveled with small children or people with reduced mobility, shouldn't you just review your experience related to your stay? The road from Toscolano to Gaino is not a highway, but a normal road well prepared, asphalted and wide enough. It is used by large tourist buses wich have their bus depot in Gaino and wich sometimes cross each other on that road. I do not understand which road you have taken, yet it is well described and accompanied by maps I send to my guests for arriving. In the village of Gaino there are several parking lots within 200m, as I communicate in detail to all guests with specific maps, if it gave you problems you could have chosen one without taking the stairs. In addition, I have brought your suitcases with my car in front of the house, a service that I give to my guests with pleasure, when I’m available. I haven’t published a garden attached to the house. Would be correct if the evaluation were inherent to what I’m offering, consistent with what is published and what has been chosen by yourself. For that matter there isn't even a swimming pool and tennis court attached ;) Thanks for your stay
