Set within a well-kept residential development, this is a distinctive home with strong proportions and practical features.
Ground Floor (Entrance Level):
• Expansive open-plan lounge with double-height ceilings and full-height windows
• Defined dining area positioned within the main living space
• Separate kitchen with induction hobs and oven
• Bathroom with a combined bath and shower
• Utility room with washer-dryer
First Floor (Mezzanine Level):
• Loft-style bedroom overlooking the main living area
• Adjacent office space with a sofa bed
• Open mezzanine layout contributing to a bright and airy feel
Guest Access:
The property operates with a self check-in process. Keys are collected from a secure nearby location. Once checked in, guests have full access to the entire property throughout their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in a residential pocket of South East London, the property is well placed for access to local amenities and green spaces. Burgess Park is nearby, offering open green areas, sports facilities and walking routes within approximately a 10–15 minute walk.
The surrounding area provides a mix of independent cafés, local shops and everyday conveniences, with further options available towards Camberwell and Peckham. This is a well-connected yet primarily residential setting.
Getting Around:
The property benefits from access to several nearby transport links, making it easy to reach central London and surrounding areas.
• Denmark Hill Station – approx. 0.9 miles (Overground & National Rail)

Other Things to Note:
