The house extends over an area of 61 square meters, and is surrounded by a large natural plot of 2001 square meters, which provides ample space for outdoor activities and play. With up to 2 pets allowed, you can also bring your four-legged friends on vacation, so the whole family can enjoy a stay together.



Inside you will find two comfortable bedrooms, both with double beds, which ensures a good night's sleep. In addition, there is a loft that can accommodate two more people, making the house perfect for a family. The home is equipped with a modern bathroom that has a toilet, shower and underfloor heating, which creates a comfortable experience, even on cooler days.



When you enter the living room, you will be greeted by a bright and inviting room, equipped with an energy-saving heat pump, which can also function as air conditioning for maximum comfort. Here you can relax after a day by the water or exploring the local attractions.
