At Rose Cottage we offer comfortable, clean & home like self catering accomodation.

Located in the historic village of Ballinamuck, Co Longford our property is surrounded by large mature gardens and beautiful views. We are ideally located with just a 2 minute walk to the traditional Irish thatch pub "The 98 Bar" and a 5 minute walk to the village where you can access the local amenities.

There is public transport available just a 2 minute walk from the property and we can also arrange taxis for anyone who may need this service during your stay.

There are many beautiful places to eat near by, and 2 pubs within walking distance. There is a delivery service for takeout from our local Chinese & chip shop.

We are ideally located to many popular atttractions i.e Center Parcs, Lough Key Forest Park, Carrick- on- Shannon, Longford, Cavan & we are 1 hour and 30 mins from Dublin.

Our property consists of 1 double room en-suite and 1 twin room en-suite. The property is spacious, bright and homely. There is a fully functioning kitchen- living area making Rose Cottage a very versatile choice for your accomodation needs.

We offer pet friendly accomodation to house trained dogs and large gardens for them to explore and enjoy.

Rose cottage offers a safe, quiet and peaceful stay for its guests. If you like to be out of the hustle and bustle, but not too far from the amenities then Rose Cottage is the perfect stay for you.
