No 7 is a single‑storey property offering an open‑plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a TV and WiFi. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, and the property benefits from gas central heating throughout. Two bedrooms are provided: a super‑king‑size zip/link room with an en‑suite walk‑in shower, basin and WC, and a twin room with its own en‑suite walk‑in shower, basin and WC.
