Villetta Cortese - Salento Reservation is the ideal place for those who want to relax in nature without sacrificing the proximity to the sea. The property is located a few kilometers from the center of the charming village of Matino and a few minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Gallipoli.
The strong point of the house is the large private garden, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation in the open air: a large relaxation area surrounded by greenery, ideal for enjoying the tranquility of the Salento countryside. Outside you will also find a comfortable outdoor shower, an agricultural land with an orchard and large indoor parking for up to five cars.
The house has two bedrooms, one double and one twin with single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a full kitchen with everything you need.
Available to guests: air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets, microwave, Wi-Fi and private parking space.
Matino is a characteristic village in Salento with a fascinating historic center made up of alleys, historic buildings and small squares. From here it is easy to reach some of the most beautiful places in the area, such as Gallipoli, famous for its crystal clear sea and golden beaches, as well as other beautiful villages and towns on the Salento Ionian coast. Here you can experience the perfect balance between sea, nature and Salento tradition.
N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, check-in/check-out.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8
