Inside you will also find a kitchen, and a lounge/diner. To the outside is off road parking and an enclosed garden to the rear with a patio. Situated on a golf course and close to local attractions, Fairways is a wonderful cottage in a lovely part of Wales.



The Neighborhood:

With four miles of golden sand divided between three beaches, the charming town of Prestatyn is one of the renowned seaside resorts along the North Wales coastline. In addition to the beaches, the area is also full of cycling and walking routes such as Offa's Dyke Pathway, which begins in Prestatyn itself. The Snowdonia National Park is also within easy reach as is the Welsh Mountain Zoo, Rhuddlan and Denbigh Castles, and Victorian Llandudno.
