Three Bedroom House- Amaryllis Haus

Located in the traditional village of Varres, the house is nestled in a surrounding area filled with olive trees, offering a natural setting that truly reminds you of a traditional village. You might even hear the sounds of a nearby chicken coop or see chickens roaming around - a small reminder of the local rural life.

The truly prime location serves as the perfect starting point for any adventure you will want to embark on. Whether you are heading to the lively streets of Zante Town (3.5 km), visiting the popular resort of Tsilivi (2 km), or taking in the views from the picturesque village of Bochali, everything is within easy reach. With the nearest beach (Tsilivi beach) only 2.5 km away, you have the best of both worlds: a quiet rural retreat and a central base that makes it easy to navigate every corner of the island.

Whether you choose to explore the island or spend time in the surroundings, the house offers an authentic stay that connects you with the local way of life. It’s a place where you can experience Zakynthos in a more genuine, laid-back way and enjoy the island at your own pace.

The house is situated on the second floor of a three-storey building, and has a size of 98 sqm. It features three air-conditioned bedrooms: two with a double bed (one of which has access to a balcony with views of the surrounding area) and one with two single beds that also offers balcony access with views of the surrounding area.

In the open plan kitchen/seating area, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, with kitchenware, cutlery, a fridge, stovetop, oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine, and a filter coffee machine. The seating area is equipped with A/C, a 43" Smart TV, a sofa, and a fireplace.

One bathroom with a bathtub is available, as well as a WC that includes a washing machine.

Outside, guests can enjoy a shared BBQ area, as well as a kids’ playground, ideal for enjoying time outdoors.

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families, couples and groups of friends. A baby cot can also be fitted free of charge, upon prior notification & availability for a child up to 2 years of age.
